CCL2200B is an automotive chassis driver chip integrating power management, solenoid valve driving, wheel speed acquisition, motor driving, and other functions.Key features include:
1. Built-in power management module providing multiple LDOs, supporting 3.3V and 5V power supply, and supporting 1 Buck power supply
2. Supports 14 valve drivers: 4 digital valves and 10 current valves, with a maximum operating current of 2.25A and frequency up to 20kHz
3. Supports 4 wheel speed interfaces and three types of sensor decoding
4. Supports 32-bit SPI interface for communication with MCU
5. Built-in motor pre-driver
6. Built-in 2 CAN transceivers supporting CANFD; CAN1 supports specific frame wake-up function
7. Supports detection and protection mechanisms for overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and BIST
8. AEC-Q100 Grade 1
9. ISO 26262 ASIL D
The CCL2200B can be used for automotive chassis applications, providing wheel speed acquisition, solenoid valve drive, power management, and other functions. It is suitable for automotive chassis ABS, ESC, ESP, OneBox, and other products.
