Scheme Introduction

● The EPS solution, based on the C*Core's MCU CCFC3008PC, supports safe state switching.It has scalable fail-safe and fail-operational capabilities, providing redundant safety assurance for steer-by-wire.

Features of CCFC3008PC:

- High Security and Reliability：Full-stack Security: MCU, MCAL, and functional safety libraries have achieved function safety of ASIL-D；Comply with the EVITA-Full specification.

- Autonomous Core：PowerPC architecture, multi-core collaboration, computing power reaches up to 700 DMIPS.

- Rich Communication Interfaces and Peripherals：It integrates 8x CANFD, 12x LIN, 8x DSPI, 1x GTM4.1, 2x CCU7, and 4x ADC(total 37 channels).

- Memory Resources：Embeded 4MB/3MB Flash and 576KB/320KB RAM. Supports Hardware A/B SWAP，and OTA updates.

Application Examples

The EPS solution implements the real-time processing of steering wheel torque signals and vehicle speed signals, as well as the calculation of assist torque, featuring high-precision power-assist control (motor) and fault self-diagnosis functions.
